During October 2010 Mr. Fletcher appeared in the High Court of South Africa, sitting in Pretoria, Gauteng province. The charges against Mr. George Clayton Fletcher were charges relating to the illegal hunting of Rhino.
Despite several years of investigation and numerous appearances in court the state who instituted the prosecution was unable to come up with evidence against our client.
Judge Masipa struck the case from the court roll as a result of the above mentioned in October 2010.
Since October 2010 to date no attempts have been made to reinstitute criminal proceedings against our client. This can only be as a result of the fact that there is no evidence implicating our client on these charges.
